On February 7, Hindustan Times reported that Priyanka Chopra and her husband, Nick Jonas, returned to India to attend the wedding of her younger brother, Siddharth Chopra, to actress Neelam Upadhyaya.

Priyanka wore a navy blue lehenga with a sexy, see-through choli. She paired the outfit with a striking diamond necklace and traditional henna designs on her hands. Meanwhile, Jonas chose a traditional Indian outfit, matching his wife’s color scheme.

Their daughter Malti Marie and Chopra’s in-laws, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr and Denise Miller-Jonas, also flew in from the US to attend the party.

Earlier, the bride and groom attended the Sangeet ceremony – a traditional pre-wedding event, in Mumbai on February 6. During the ceremony, Chopra danced to Nick Jonas’ song Maan Meri Jaan , creating a memorable moment for both of them.

Jonas and Chopra first met in 2016. After chatting for a while, they officially started dating in 2018 and quickly got engaged in July of that year. In December 2018, the couple held a lavish wedding at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India, combining both traditional Indian and Western ceremonies.

Although 10 years younger than his wife, Jonas is considered a mature and family man. Chopra once shared that she was hesitant about the relationship at first due to the age difference, but after meeting Jonas, she realized he was “an old soul in a young man’s body”.

They welcomed their first child, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, via surrogacy in January 2022. They went through challenges when Malti was born prematurely and had to stay in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for more than 100 days before going home.
